Cafe Tu Tu Tango

Our last stop on our food tour while in Orlando last month was the lovely Cafe Tu Tu Tango. If you are looking for a unique, fun dining experience than look no further – Cafe Tu Tu Tango will blow all of your expectations right out of the water!

Their motto – “Join us for food, art and fun” lives up to the hype! With an artistic atmosphere and live entertainment, your night is anything but boring.

Located right on International Drive, we were within walking distance from our hotel. We weren’t lying when we said International Drive is the happening place to be in Orlando! And because it’s such a popular place to be, parking can be rough – but luckily for us, Cafe Tu Tu Tango offers free valet! Stress free right from the beginning!

This restaurant is unlike any other we’ve been to before. With belly dancers, fire breathing performers and salsa dancers – We were captivated before we even walked inside. The vibrantly colored walls and art work displayed all around drew us right in. What we found pretty cool was the on site tarot card reader and local artist who were predicting your future and creating artwork while we ate.

Cafe Tu Tu Tango serves small plates from their scratch kitchen – perfect for sharing with friends and family. We all opted for the Visit Orlando Magical Dining option – for only $35 a person, you cannot go wrong! This option comes with a starter, 3 main dish small plates and a dessert!

For our starters Michael and Shayla went for the Pickled Shrimp Toast while Katie chose the Street Corn. We were highly impressed with these choices and couldn’t wait for our main dishes to be served!

All three of us chose the Crispy Chicken Sliders as our first main dish. We are not lying when we say these crispy sliders were probably the best chicken sliders we’ve had in a very long time!

Our second dish Katie and Michael opted for the Thai Pork Tenderloin Skewers while Shayla tried the Egg & Kimchi Tacos! If you thought we were too full for our third dish, think again! We were way too excited for our third dish!

Shayla and Michael ended their main plates with the Southwest Chicken Flatbread. Katie chose the Hanger & Steak Anticuchos! We cannot stress enough how delicious this food was y’all – small plates are too good!

And for dessert Shayla and Michael ordered the Trio of Creme Brûlée while Katie had the Strawberry Cheesecake Pops! It was Shayla’s birthday and so of course we had a special celebration with the staff. The belly dancer even joined in on the party!

Well, Cafe Tu Tu Tango concluded our Orlando food tour and we couldn’t have chosen a better establishment to conclude our yummy adventures. Make sure to call ahead for a reservation – you will not want to miss out on this epic dining experience!
